Good morning in the news this morning.

Police in Salem, New Jersey, have arrested a Sonoco store clerk after video shows him forcing a suspected shoplifter to strip while pointing a gun at him. The incident happened at the Sonoco located at 63rd Market Street. According to the Salem Police Chief, the clerk identified as Amit Saraswad was charged with aggravated assault by pointing a firearm, unlawful possession of a firearm, possession of a firearm for unlawful purpose and terroristic threats.

According to the store personnel, the victim had been caught shoplifting over the last few days.

The video shows the victim with his hands up and then he's forced to strip down naked while at gunpoint.

The gun that Sarah Swat used was determined to be an airsoft gun. Airsoft guns are best compared to BB or pellet guns, but they do look like real guns. They were all the rage for a while. And they do. They look legitimate. Yeah, like a real gun. Yeah. So he was released on a summons. The victim is not facing any charges and no injuries were reported. That is. I'm sorry, if they don't have the orange tip on them. Yeah. Some of them do and some of them do. And some of them do. Okay. I thought you had to have the orange tip. That's legally. I think you do. I see a lot still going around that don't. I remember years ago, Preston, they had a, it looked like a 9mm. You would have thought it was made a metal. It was a dummy gun, though. It was a toy. It was a toy. But it looked incredibly authentic. You can take the tip off or color it, you know, paint it black. So yeah. And I guess if you're working at a convenience store like this in a snoco and, you know, you've had problems with it. I guess that's what he was using it for. Did the guy actually steal anything? They said the victim is not facing any charges. Okay. So not that time. Yeah. Gravity Payment CEO, Dan Price, is being referred to as the perfect boss.

He just gave his lowest earning employees in Idaho, making $40,000 a year a $10,000 raise.

Within five years, their salary will increase to $70,000.

The Seattle-based credit card processing company recently acquired a competitor in Idaho,

and Price wanted to give his new employees a warm welcome.

In 2015, he announced a minimum salary of $70,000 for his entire Seattle office and cut his own salary to $70,000. Price says that he was sick of being part of the problem of income

inequality, and he wanted to be a part of the solution. His employees, obviously, are very grateful.
