Good morning. In the news this morning, at least 11 apartment units were damaged by a fire on Tuesday,

and authorities believe a candle sparked the blaze. It happened around 545 at the Fairfield

apartments located in the unit block of Country Club Drive. A couple says their two cats are

unaccounted for. According to the Delaware State Fire Marshal's office, candles may be to blame for

the fire

that originated on the third floor apartment. No injuries were reported, but the fire caused roughly

$100,000 in damage. Five families are displaced and the Red Cross has stepped in to help.

Authorities searching for Dulcee Maria Alaves said Tuesday they continue to operate under the premise

that the five-year-old New Jersey girl is alive.

Authorities in Bridge to New Jersey say they will continue to treat her disappearance as a missing person until evidence indicates otherwise.

On Tuesday, investigators were successful in reaching Dulce's father who lives in Mexico by telephone.

The FBI apparently is working on having agents interview the father face-to-face.

They hope that he may be able to shed some new light as to why the young daughter was apparently

abducted from the park.

They'll say it disappeared September 16th from a playground in Bridgeton City Park.

So, Kathy, are they working on the premise that it was an intentional abduction?

You know what's funny?

So a friend of mine who works in the news industry when when they, the go fund me scam with the homeless guy came about. Yeah, the one that we helped. Right, the one that we helped along. She said to me the first day, she goes, all three of them are in on it together. And I said, no way. She goes, I see this stuff all the time. I see it every day of my life. I'm telling you they're in on it. And I said, I did not believe her. Sure enough months later, it comes out. I'm like, you got to be kidding me. Right.

So with this story, I said, where is this little girl? And she goes, she goes, I think somebody took her on purpose. She said, not an abduction, but that they were trying to maybe save her is what she was saying. She said, I know nothing about the mother, but I think there was a reason that this child was taken.
