Good morning in the news this morning.

The attorney for a Philadelphia homeless man, John Bobbitt, whose act of kindness led to a $400,000 go-fund me fundraiser to presumably help him, said all of the cash raised for his client is gone.

Attorney Chris Fallon said he found this out during a conference call with the attorney for Kate McCore and Mark Damoco on Tuesday morning.

Bobbitt and his attorney accused the couple of spending a large portion of the money on themselves and sued to find out where the money had gone.

An attorney for the couple, Ernest Bradway declined comment.

In New Jersey, Superior Court Judge is expected to hold a hearing on the case today.

GoFundMe released a statement Tuesday that says any money that was

misspent will be guaranteed by the company. How the money was spent is unclear. Now we had all three

of them by the camp out for hunger. And Katie listens to our show. She's a fan and we had the man

and we've been following along with this story and just waiting for it to hash out a bit before we make any comment on it because I want to see what's going on.

And I am inclined to give them the couple the benefit of the doubt because everything seems, you know, their intentions have been pure the whole way through helping this guy out.

And it's interesting now that they've come forward and the lawyer for him is coming out and

saying that all the money's gone.
