I'll be handling the duties.

We're going to start with this, an intense fire in Morton, Delaware County,

destroyed a Catholic school that served the community for more than going to start with this. An intense fire in Morton, Delaware County destroyed a Catholic

school that served the community for more than 50 years and caused residents to be evacuated from

their homes. The fire broke out around 11 p.m. Wednesday on the 2100 block of Franklin Avenue in

Morton. Heavy fire tore through the roof of Our Lady of Angels Regional Catholic School, 400 students attended pre-kindergarten through 8th grade.

One of them, Casey Foster.

That's his school.

It's my alma mater.

And I am devastated right now.

Cruz jumped into action, tackling the flames, but also worked to stop the spread to neighboring homes, at least six homes, about 40

residents, including eight nuns, were evacuated by police.

So one of my best friends from grade school, H, is, he lives right behind that school,

so I texted him to make sure, because that's, I mean, it's a, it was a big fire.

Yeah.

And his house is right behind it.

So I texted him to make sure that all those houses back there were okay.

And so they were evacuated, but he's back in there.

And so luckily none of those houses on Highland Avenue were affected.
