Good morning. In the news this morning, officials said skeletal human remains have been found inside a suitcase

in the barge from village neighborhood of southwest Philadelphia. The discovery was made Tuesday afternoon

about 415 on the 2,700 block of Ruby Terrace. Housing authorities, housing authority police

made the discovery after neighbors complained of an odor coming from the dumpster. Philadelphia

Police Lieutenant John Walker said it appears to be a partially decomposed body of a black woman and the body appears to be intact. At this point, police say they're unsure of the age of the female or when she was placed in the dumpster. Had to have been pretty bad because an odor is usually coming from a dumpster. Right. Or to be that. To complain. Yeah. That had to have been, the decomposition had to have been harmed. Yeah. Exactly. Humidity the past two days too, you know. Kathy, we had a dead field mouse in the green room. Oh my God. And you remember the stench? It was awful. Think of a human body. Yeah. That little tiny mouth. Yeah, exactly.

So police believe it's possible that the suitcase was left for Monday's trash pickup.

Investigator said the clothed body appears to be partially decomposed.

Police cannot yet say how long ago she died.

Late Tuesday afternoon, kids and adults lined up to watch the detectives and the crime scene unit combed the parking lot. The medical examiner arrived and removed the suitcase with the body still inside.

The medical examiner is working to identify the body and determine the exact cause of death.

The parents of a four-month-old boy who suffocated in February at a motel where the family had

been living has been charged with murder in connection to his death.

42-year-old William Herring and 22-year-old Brianna Bouchhausen were living at the Hilltop Motel in the 100 block of Route 68 in Springfield Township, New Jersey.

At the time of the incident, they were both charged with murder and conspiracy to commit murder.

A charge of endangering the welfare of a child was initially filed

on March 9th, but authorities decided to upgrade the charges following their investigation.

The pair were taken into custody Monday by New Jersey State Police. A first appearance was

held Tuesday in Superior Court in Mount Holly, a detention hearing will be held later this week.

Paramedics and Springfield Township Police officers were called to the motel on the night of February 14th. Police said the pair were frustrated because their son, Hunter, would not stop crying and they decided he needed to be placed in a timeout. He was four months old, by the way. Oh my God. Officials said the pair put the baby face down on the bed and pulled the comforter over him and then they went outside to smoke cigarettes.
