cocktails to go or offer outdoor seating that was the green light during the pandemic. But at this

point, enforcement remains a question mark. That update came Tuesday afternoon from the Pennsylvania

Liquor Control Board after a bill that would have extended both options for businesses was derailed

in the Senate Law and Justice Committee. Is it completely dead or there's still an option, right? So here's the deal. An amendment added in committee to the bill that would have allowed grocery stores, beer distributors, convenience stores, and bars to sell pre-canned cocktails is being blamed for derailing it. So had it stayed with just the restaurants, Governor Wolf said he would have signed it. Can you still buy illegal narcotics on the street? Stop it. Not legally, but yes. Okay. All right, yes. The Department of State. Curbside service? Yep. All right, of course. 1:45.7

Or you join a club. Join a club membership for the evening. And so what types of endarounds are going to happen because this cat is clearly out of the bag? People liked it. So they're going to be, there's a market for it. So, you know, what in which way is capitalism going to make this work? Also, in the natural thing of, so a restaurant makes, they make the money on the booze. Do they not? Usually, yeah. They mark it up so much. Right. Exactly. So the PLCB is not an enforcement arm of the state. Pennsylvania state police have not addressed yet if they will be enforcing the new action. So we'll see what happens with this.
