Good morning in the news this morning.

At a news conference on Wednesday, Chester County District Attorney Tom Hogan said

Crystal Meth is back with a vengeance. He says meth is making a comeback thanks in part to dealers like

Ruben Vargas Santillan. He's a Mexican national. He's here illegally and he's selling drugs,

Hogan said. Hogan says the heroin use is going down. Vargas, Santalan, has helped create new

demand for pure crystal meth in the

country. He was arrested after allegedly selling nearly a kilo of the drug to an informant

earlier this year. The DA says that he's working directly with Mexican cartels. In fact, he says

that dealers and cartels have a business model for building demand for meth. The crystal

meth is said to be of equality that has never been in this region.

A woman was caught on camera taking a child from a McDonald's restaurant in Los Angeles.

Police stayed about 315 Tuesday, the female suspect approached a four-year-old at the McDonald's on East Olympic Boulevard.

Surveillance video shows the suspect picking up the boy inside the restaurant.

Police said the suspect attempted to enter a parked vehicle with the child. A little girl

alerted adults to the incident, police say, and the suspect then ran away from the area.

The Los Angeles Police Department is also investigating another attempted kidnapping of a four-year-old boy that occurred at 1115 on the same day.

Police said a female suspect approached a child, pulled his hand and attempted to walk away with the victim. The boy was walking alongside a family member at the time, police said. The suspect was stopped by a witness and ran off. Detectors are now searching for this suspect and investigating to determine whether the two incidents are related or not.
