| 0:15.5 | Good morning in the news this morning. |
| 0:17.4 | Authorities in Philadelphia are investigating after they say a mother walked into |
| 0:21.3 | oncoming traffic pushing her two-month-old infant daughter while she was allegedly under the |
| 0:25.1 | influence of narcotics. It happened on Tuesday afternoon near 52nd Street in Thompson. A witness |
| 0:30.1 | said that he had to run out and grab her as she was falling over. Witnesses say the baby was |
| 0:35.1 | screaming and crying. Surveillance cameras show a group of good Samaritans rushed to the aid of the 28-year-old mother, who police confirmed was under the influence of narcotics. One man helped the mother to the bench while another rocked the crying infant. They waited for emergency responders, but apparently it took too long, so the infant and the mother were put into a Good Samaritan's car to get help. Not only did he flagged down a police officer for the mother who appeared impaired, he kept the two-month-old baby girl who he doesn't know, transported her to a friend's house and did the right thing and notified police, said Chief Inspector Scott Small with the Philadelphia Police Department. Bless these people, man. Right? The mother was taken to Lankanol Hospital and the infant was transported to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. |

| 1:38.3 | incest. The amendment was voted down 21 to 11 with four Republicans joining Democrats. The lopsided |
| 1:44.0 | vote suggests a veto could be easily overcome. |
| 1:47.0 | The Alabama bill goes further by seeking to outlaw abortion outright. |
| 1:50.8 | Unlike measures in other states, Alabama would punish only the abortion provider, not the |
| 1:54.9 | woman receiving the abortion. |
| 1:57.2 | Now listen to this. |
| 1:58.4 | Doctors who perform abortions could serve more prison time than a rapist who impregnates a woman who wants an abortion. |
| 2:05.9 | So the doctor would spend more time than the rapist. |
