morning, a 94-year-old woman was mugged on her way home from church in Upper Darby. Police Superintendent Michael Chitwood says she's the oldest crime victim he's ever encountered. And as you can imagine, he had some things to say about the suspect. Certainly a scumbag. I mean, that scumbag 101, Chitwood said. Police say it happened on Saturday evening. The 94-year-old was coming home from church and decided to stop at the

new Long Lane Pizza and Grill. The shop owner says that she's a longtime customer for about 20 years. She ordered a cheeseburger and a milkshake. Usually she gets delivery, but that day, Saturday, she came over because the weather was so nice, the owner said. She then walked a couple blocks to her home.

She made it to the front, her front steps when they say either a 14 or 15 year old grabbed her handbag and took off.

The milkshake and cheeseburger fell to the ground. I almost cried when I heard that. Yeah. Like it's just so terrible. You've lived all those years of full life. It's not the way you get treated. Kathy? Unbelievable. Were you crying because you didn't want to see a good milkshake go to waste?

She got her cheeseburger and milkshake. You know what I mean? Come on. Yeah, it's terrible. The victim suffered a scrape to her arm during the scuffle but was otherwise uninjured. Chitwood says he can't understand how someone could do something so terrible to a 94-year-old woman.

I mean, there's so many adjectives that you could describe. Scum coward. Scum coward. That's a punk. Right. Yeah. I mean, you're talking about a teenager who sees an easy, an easy grab.

No perception. Yeah. So the victim tells investigators that the mugger had to be somewhere between the age of 13 and 15 years old. He was wearing dark clothing. She had to cancel her Sears and Cole's credit card and order a new Medicaid card. She never got to eat her cheeseburger and her milkshake.

I know. But detectives say that they are going to get her a new meal and they're going to bring it over this week.

Two float planes have collided in midair near the southeast Alaska town of Ketchikan. Four people were killed.

Ten were hospitalized and two were still missing. The Coast Guard says it plans to search through the night for the person who is missing, although 14 people were on board the plane, mostly passengers from the cruise ship, the Royal Princess. The ship was on a trip from Vancouver to Anchorage. The FAA says that the planes collided under unknown circumstances.

Float planes have platoons mounted under the fuselage so they can land on water.

The NTSB is sending a crew from Washington, D.C. to investigate.
