Good morning. In the news this morning, a stolen car, an in-service septa bus, and a minivan.

We're all part of a chain

reaction crash in Philadelphia's lawn crash section early Thursday morning. The crash happened

shortly before 1.30 in the morning near Unra and Rising Sun Avenues. Police say a stolen Hyundai

careened into a minivan. The minivan then hit the septa bus that had three passengers on board,

septa bus crashed into a bank. The Hyundai was stolen last week in northeast Philadelphia and fits

the description of a car used in multiple robberies, police said. The driver of the stolen car,

who is believed to be in his late teens or early 20s got out and jumped into a Volkswagen

that had been following the stolen Hyundai.

The Volkswagen fled the scene, but a front seat passenger was left behind in the stolen car.

That passenger was unresponsive, suffering from severe head trauma.

Police said he was taken to the hospital in critical condition.

I was watching the news about this this morning, and the bus was one of those double buses.

Yes. And i heard it was

referred to as an articulated bus i'd never heard that term before because it's got the the

little accordion thing but i've never heard that i call it an accordion bus wouldn't it be great

if it made that noise as it makes turns like it's literally an accord accordion. Yeah. I love that. We should push for that. We should. It's kind of wild that every shot that you see of the accident scene there is a sign of a of a lawyer on the back of the bus. Oh, really? Prominently displayed. Yes, of course. Well, I mean, it's crazy. So the passenger was unresponsive. They left him there.

Then the 31-year-old driver of the minivan was trapped. The fire department had to remove the driver's door to get the victim out. Now, the minivan is a small business owner, and police say that someone stole cash out of the minivan while he was trapped in the front seat. They went into the car, got the cash, and left dude in there.
