| 0:18.7 | Two Pennsylvania State Troopers and a pedestrian were killed in a crash early Monday morning on Interstate 95 in South Philadelphia. The state troopers are identified as 33-year-old Martin F. Mack the 3rd and 29-year-old Brandon T. Cisca. Trooper Mack was on the force since November of 2014 and Trooper Siska since February of 2021. The identity of the pedestrian has not been released at the time. At this time, as state police are still trying to attempt to contact the next of kin. It happened shortly before 1 a.m. on 95 southbound near the stadium complex, just north of Broad Street. According to state police, the troopers were responding to reports of a man walking along 95 southbound. |

Moore at about 8.30 in the evening. Police say the teen girls then pepper sprayed the suspects, and that's when the 15-year-old suspect shot two of the girls. The males ran, and one of the males fired eight shots at the car. Six of the shots hit the passenger's side of the cars in Philadelphia Police Captain John Walker. |
