Good morning in the news this morning.

Pennsylvania State Police arrested and charged in Montgomery County woman with murder, DUI, and other related offenses following a crash that killed two state

troopers and a pedestrian on 95 in South Philadelphia. 21-year-old Jayanna Tene Webb of Eagleville

is charged with third-degree murder, homicide by vehicle, while DUI, homicide by vehicle, manslaughter

of a law enforcement officer in the second degree,

driving under the influence and other charges.

Cameras surrounded Webb as she made her way to a police cruiser on Tuesday morning.

The deadly crash occurred shortly before 1 a.m. Monday on 95 southbound near the stadium

complex just north of Broad Street.

According to state police, the troopers were responding to reports of a man

walking along 95. Authority said troopers were helping the man who has since been identified as

28-year-old Reyes Rivera Olveras of Allentown back into the cruiser. Police said at the time,

Webb attempted to drive past the scene at a high rate of speed. There was reports that they actually

pulled her over prior to her speeding past them.

Okay.

And then either told her to wait or let her go.

Not exactly sure.

They haven't confirmed that.
