In the news this morning, as I just mentioned, 95 is closed in both directions in South Philadelphia after a crash that killed two Pennsylvania State Troopers and a civilian early Monday morning. It happened around 1 a.m. on the northbound side of 95 near the stadium complex just before Broad Street. Pennsylvania State Troopers who patrol 95 were making a traffic stop. A car struck and killed the two troopers and a civilian was

also pronounced dead at the scene. Further information concerning the circumstances of the crash

is unknown at this time. Philadelphia police were the first to arrive on the scene.

The Philadelphia Fire Department and state police were also called to the crash site.

This is horrible and it happens more than you would think.

And that's why it's so dangerous these pullovers, especially on Maine thorough affairs like that. And you know what, over in that area, too, I mean, I know there is a shoulder, but I feel like it's so tight over there. It's very narrow. And then you deal with the phenomenon. We've talked about it before where sometimes people, they get distracted and they'll veer into like that, they'll be looking at it and actually head towards it. Yeah. All traffic on 95 is being diverted off of the ramps. All lanes remain shut down at this time. Drivers are advised to seek alternate routes. There are, I mean, it's under construction there as well. Is that right? Yeah. Yeah. So, you know, like there were, I mean, it's gotten a little bit better, but they had like

medians where like, you know, the two lanes were split off from the other lane.

And so it is still a little bit more complicated.

Yeah.

A China Eastern Boeing 737 with 132 people on board crashed in the southern province of Guangxi on Monday officials said.

The civilian aviation administration of China said in a statement the crash occurred in Tang

County.

The flight was traveling from Kunming in the western province of Yunnan to the industrial center

of Guangzhou along the east coast.

There is no immediate word on numbers of dead and injured. The plane was

carrying 132 passengers and nine crew members. The CAAC said it sent a team of officials and the

Guangxi fire service said work was underway to control the mountainside blaze ignited by the crash.
