I am the me of you, the meat.

The world knows not of the substance that becomes the forms, that becomes the gold,

that becomes the fish and the loaves and the oil, the water, the fire you often feel is

lit under you, and you feel yourself going so fast and yet going nowhere, doing so much

and still having so much to do. Where are you? That's the question you must continue returning to, stopping mid-stride,

mid-activity, and remembering who I am, coming back to the secret place and watching that body

become more and more aligned, more and more healthy, more and more focused on achieving the freedom you already have.

You'll watch it sing more and dance more and praise and read.

It will rest, truly rest more.

It will be a good instrument for you.
