Right now, you still think sometimes you know what you need, what I am falling short on providing

or delaying, and you fear. But more and more, you're releasing that fear, you're releasing

your identification with that body, with its fears. The fear is not yours. The needs, the wants,

the thoughts are not yours. I am yours. And now that you have me, you have

it all. I become it all. But don't try to control me. Don't try to tell me what to become or when to become it,

to reveal it, to give it, you just keep sitting back.

Every time you feel that impulse to scooch to the edge of your seat and worry or plan, relax back into me as me, let me do the thinking.
