I realize from my own experience and from hearing from many of you that you don't meditate

necessarily every day.

You might go through spells where for years you've been meditating regularly,

but then you drift away from it. And what you do is you really drift away from your truth

and that sense of feeling grounded and rooted. But these seasons in our life happen. You might
