| 0:52.3 | processing in regards to my father, my experience, my journey, my self-care, my |

| 1:02.8 | lot of us, we either used to or we are currently walking around with these deep, |
| 1:08.4 | deep, deep running. What does it like daddy wounds, daddy traumas, things like |
| 1:14.0 | that. And these wounds, this lack of healing shows up in literally every |
| 1:21.6 | single part of our lives. Now, before I get into this episode, I want to invite |
