I'm Brian.

It is wonderful to be here with you today as we gather again around the global

campfire no matter where we are. Obviously I'm here in the Rolling Hills of

Tennessee. Some of you are also in the Rolling Hills of Tennessee? Some of you are also in the Rolling Hills of Tennessee.

Others of you are in the plains of Kansas or Iowa.

Some of you are.

Well, now I'm going to have to start naming every geographical region in the world so that I hit everybody. I better stop.

We're all over the place. Wherever we may be, we're in this place.

And this place is a place that we create.

It's an oasis.

It's a safe place.

There are so many things flying at us, so many crossroads we have to stand at and look and

decide.

And we live in cultures where there's so many. at and look and decide.

And we live in cultures where there's so much pressure to decide now.

Quick now, do it now.

When actually probably the better way to be human and to be spiritual is to take a step back and stand at the crossroads and look before we move down a path.

And this oasis helps us with that.

It is a place where we can just let the scriptures wash into our lives,

speak to us, become a mirror into our own souls, and give us the wisdom that we need and the clarity and direction that we seek.
