I am Brian.

I hope you are having a fantastic morning, afternoon, evening.

It is wonderful to be together.

I'm glad that we can get together here around the global

campfire and do what we do every single day. Step forward, put one foot in front of the other,

step forward in life, and on our journey into and through the scriptures.

We are into and moving through the book of numbers at this point.

Let's put one foot in front of the other together.

Numbers, chapter 15, verse 17 through 16, verse 40 today.

The Lord said to Moses, speak to the Israelites and say to them,

When you enter the land to which I am taking you, and you eat the food of the land,

present a portion as an offering to the Lord.

Present a loaf from the first of your ground meal and present it as an offering from the threshing floor.

Throughout the generations to come you are to give this offering to the Lord from the first of your ground meal.

Now, if you as a community unintentionally failed to keep any of these commandments the Lord gave Moses,

any of the Lord's commands to you through him from the day the Lord gave them

and continuing through the generations to come,

and if this is done unintentionally without the community being aware of it,

then the whole community is to offer a young bull for a burnt

offering as an aroma pleasing to the Lord, along with its prescribed grain offering and drink
