We were talking about parliamentary punch-ups, Philip Cowley, was describing how it's

more likely that you get a punch-up in parliament if politics is very tight and nobody's got

a big majority. Actually, we touched a little bit on punch-ups in the office with the

comments in just a moment. First though, given having this been going on, I wonder what's

on the telly.

We've a gentle start to the day, looking for a place in the sun.

I'm delighted to be here in Kigali.

Rwanda is one of the world's fastest growing economies, one of the world's safest countries

and has a proud track record of hosting and integrating people. Rwanda has the capacity

to resettle many thousands of people and is able to quickly stand up the necessary

accommodation once flights begin.

During my trip, I've had the opportunity to visit housing projects that people will

come to call home. I've also experienced the kindness and compassion of the people

of Rwanda and the vibrancy and beauty of their country.

Right, enough of that nonsense. It's time for this.
