Hello, Unshaken Saints. We are back for more. Today we have section 10 and 11 of the Doctrine Convenants.

Just two revelations, but they're essential for the history of the church as well as the Docter and Covenants moving forward.

In fact, I'm hoping that you are getting your sea legs under you, as in your DNC legs, your church history legs.

I hope you're starting to feel more at home in the 19th century

that upstate New York is starting to look familiar to you and that you are getting to know this first family of the Restoration

as well as the friends that are coming to the faith to be able to help build this fledgling kingdom.

and there's actually four of them,

so the series, Saints, that is so worth reading.

If you don't like to read, then listen to it.

It's all there free on the church app,

and it's a masterpiece.

The way it's all put together,

it runs through the whole

history of the church from start to current day. And the content is incredibly meaty, but the approach

is wonderfully milky. When it first came out, I was wondering, how is the church going to balance

milk and meat for its members and for non-members that are investigating?

And there are so many parts of church history that are tricky, that you need the meat to really understand what's going on.

And yet, it's also this balancing act of we don't want to get people lost in the weeds of some kind of footnote

laden historical tone. And so I did, I think they did an incredible job of including the meaty
