0:04.9

Benji and I have been waiting for for a very long time and making sure we prepared

0:09.4

properly for our 2020 seasons awards podcast and you know this is starting small now

0:17.4

but eventually maybe even now in fact this is going to become the most important award

0:23.0

in the whole of Pro Cycling.

0:24.3

At least that's what I think our opinion on who was the best in certain categories

0:29.1

and just to introduce how this is going to work we have all seven categories all around

0:37.4

best rider, sprinter, climber, puncture, puncture meaning races like Fleshwellon, Leiege,

0:46.4

Pungy Climes etc, flandrian which is also like a cobbler, best cobbled classics rider,

0:53.1

Domestique which is self evident and best under 23 rider and best team actually we added

0:58.1

that category at the end.

0:59.1

So we've got all those categories men and women who do all of those going to do our top

1:04.8

three in each discipline or category and just to be clear how this works this is who

1:11.0

we think or this is how I look at it who was the best rider in this discipline in 2020

1:19.7

which I think is not necessarily meaning who got the best results but who was the best

1:26.3

rider in that discipline in 2020 it also doesn't mean who we think is going to be the

1:30.9

best at this discipline going forward into the future which is obviously things like

1:36.5

injuries, team strength, bad luck, race decisions that can be improved youth improvement

1:42.8

can all affect things like that of you jeet up for this Benji I'm keen to actually get

1:47.8

into some Samajibarji and an argument with you about some of these.

1:52.0

Ooh that's going to be interesting I feel like I'm pretty hyped about it to be honest

1:55.5

it's been a few days since we recorded our last spot yost and it's not as being back
