| 1:41.5 | attacks and also go on the offense against foreign adversaries. |

| 1:49.2 | And the fact that it doesn't work is pretty much a threat to our ability to defend the country |
| 1:56.7 | from what's being increasingly viewed as dangers from cyber attacks, especially from China and Russia. |
