And today we're going to talk about why customer reviews are important and how you can actually get more.

So today's day and age if you're on Amazon you're buying e-commerce stuff

well at least for me I'm looking at reviews a lot of people writing reviews if I'm if I'm looking

for a restaurant I'm looking at yelp I'm looking at yelp, I'm looking at the reviews, open table, making reservations, looking at the reviews, always look at the reviews. Also, if I'm buying software, I'm also looking at the reviews. I might be looking at G2. I might be looking at you know other kind of software websites. There's a lot of these competitors out there right but G2 is my favorite probably Neil's favorite as well. So the question is, you know, customer reviews help, right?

Because it's validation and they help increase conversion rate.

So how do you actually get more customer reviews?
