You're incredibly far away from me.

I know.

Although through the magic of technology,

it might sound like we are actually sitting together

in the same studio.

That is just not the case, because I am in my new home of Los Angeles and very much missing you and all of my New York friends and colleagues and what I still believe is the greatest city on earth, but I gotta tell you LA's pretty cool. It's a pretty good city.

So today in the Eder Eppsel Studio, we are talking with Curtis Stone, handsome Australian chef and proprietor of Gwen and Maude in Los Angeles and also a famous TV person.

I like this setup that we've got now, though.

stomach on my bed sort of like curling the phone cable around my finger.

Yeah and maybe I'm like peeling a potato and like the screen is split in half or

something and yeah it's like a then the credits roll up and

and Nancy Myers movie or something written by Nora Ephron and I was completely

wrong it is a Nora Ephron movie I think they work together on at least one movie though

it's funny because Nora Ephron I think is in many ways the quintessential New York filmmaker in that

category and Nancy Myers is so LA and now you and I as a podcast co-hosting duo are similarly by Coastal.
