And we begin with the first stage, which is all about you. It's all about beginning your journey with

loving kindness for yourself and the reason you begin with yourself is because if you don't have

loving kindness for yourself is hard to give to others. So when you develop a sense of compassion for yourself, which includes

patience, caring, understanding, then you will share these qualities with others.
