| 0:31.9 | Well, hey there, sproutsouts. Today is Friday, October 1st, 2021. Today is also the feast day of one of my very favorite saints, St. Choresse of Lassou. St. Choraz of Lusu was a French nun. |
| 0:38.9 | She died when she was very young. |
| 0:41.5 | She looked very sickly and ordinary. |
| 0:44.7 | And yet this funny little girl has become a doctor of the church. |
| 0:49.9 | Because of something that was revealed to her in prayer called the Little Way. |
| 0:54.6 | The Little Way is a path to heaven for the rest of us. |
| 0:58.4 | If you aren't receiving mystical visions or out there doing incredible things in the world, |
| 1:05.1 | then the little way is for you, like it's just for me. |
| 1:08.1 | And it's the idea that all the little sufferings that we have in our life, |
| 1:13.1 | we can offer those to Jesus as a gift that he can turn them into something beautiful |
| 1:18.0 | and that he can turn us into something beautiful. |
| 1:21.2 | Also, St. Trez really believed in the fact that God is our father, |
| 1:25.6 | that he is there really desiring for us to bring our hurts to him |
| 1:29.9 | and to crawl up onto his lap and to trust him. So we just pray St. Cherez, the little flower, |
| 1:37.0 | pray for us. Now, Spraultz all week we have been talking about Christianity. We proved that God |
| 1:43.7 | exists. We proved that it's good to have religion, |
| 1:47.8 | to have those beliefs and practices that bring us closer to God. And so the next step this |
| 1:54.4 | week was like, well, which religion? And we have proven as Christianity. Because we proved |
| 2:00.7 | the most important premise of Christianity, |
| 2:03.9 | and that is that Jesus is Lord. |
| 2:07.5 | He was not made up. |
