| 1:28.9 | Now, we are going to start preparing for Lent this week by journeying with Christ from Mount Tabor, where he was transformed, |
| 1:37.6 | and we saw him in all of his glory, talking to two superstars from the Old Testament, Elijah and Moses. Of course, he came down. |
| 1:47.8 | Once again, he appeared as a man, an ordinary man. And he went down from this mountain with |
| 1:55.6 | his inner circle of followers, Peter, James, and John. Now, what is so interesting about this, my friends, |
| 2:06.0 | is that from the Transfiguration, Jesus seems to be on one final journey that will take him to |
| 2:16.2 | Jerusalem. And although he is greeted as a rock star when he comes |
| 2:23.9 | into Jerusalem on Palm Sunday, we know that he is crucified in Jerusalem, which is the greatest |
| 2:31.8 | shame that you can experience in the ancient world. |
