Hey there, Sprouts. Today is Tuesday, October 10th, 2020. This week, we are talking about the Sixth Commandment. You shall not commit adultery. But before we return to that,

and guide us through this discussion. We are praying the Vente Creator Spiritus, which is

given to us as a challenge this month in the Be a St. Kids Club by Pope St. John Paul II, our guide.

In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, amen.

Come Holy Spirit, Creator blessed, and in our souls, take up thy rest.

Come with thy grace and heavenly aid to fill our hearts which thou hast made.

O comforter to thee we cry, O heavenly gift of God most high.

O font of life and fire of love and sweet anointing from above. Amen.

So we started talking about this commandment. You shall not commit adultery yesterday.

And we need to start this conversation by talking about marriage.

Now, as you might know, the word adultery means to fail to be faithful to marriage.

To commit adultery means to be unfaithful to someone whom you are married to.

The only way that we're going to understand why this is a Ten Commandment and why it's so

important is if we understand the great mystery, power, and blessing of marriage.

And I know most of you listening are not married. You probably, you know,

are aware that you one day will be married, maybe, most likely. But even still, as a person that's

not married, it's important that we just understand how powerful marriage is so that we can have reverence for it

and we can support those in our life who are married and so that we can prepare well for our
