Summary

This month our patron is St. Kateri. After she was baptized, Kateri faithfully followed all of God's rules, including resting on Sundays, despite terrible persecution from her family and tribe. Most of us are free to attend Mass and rest on Sundays, but we still struggle. This week we will explore the following:

Why we have to rest and worship on Sundays
Why going to Holy Mass each Sunday is SO GOOD for us.
The difference between resting and being lazy
How Sundays can help us reset our priorities.
What we learn about God through the 3rd Commandment.

0:31.1	Now, St. Normert was a German saint who lived in the 10th. When he was a young man, he was very selfish and actually very lazy.
0:42.3	But one day he fell from his horse, was terribly injured, and just like St. Paul, he had a sudden conversion.
0:51.7	He gave away all of his money, including his shoes, and he walked around barefoot
0:57.9	preaching. He went to the Pope, and he spent the rest of his life preaching and restoring
1:04.5	order to monasteries. Now, this week on the Catholic Sprauds podcast, we are talking about
