0:46.0	Tomorrow is the feast of the Annunciation, the day when the angel Gabriel appeared to marry and announced that she would be the mother of God. So celebrate tomorrow. But for today,

0:56.6	In the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, amen. Take Lord and receive all my
1:02.6	liberty, my memory, my understanding, and my entire will. All I have and call my own. You have all to me. To you, Lord, I return it. Everything is

1:23.8	So we have talked about three new parts of the Mass this week.
1:27.9	We talked about the profession of faith, how we profess our relationship with God and our relationship
1:34.3	with the church.
1:35.5	We talked about the prayers of the faithful, which we offer to God in confidence after all
1:41.0	we've heard leading up to that point.
1:43.3	And yesterday we talked about two parts of the
1:45.6	presentation of the gifts, both when the bread and wine are brought forward and also the collection
1:52.0	that these both symbolize our generosity and our willingness to place ourselves up on the altars so that we
1:59.3	too might be transformed.
2:01.8	So the final thing that happens during this little moment of the Mass, the presentation of
2:07.1	the gifts, is the preparation of the altar.
2:11.1	So as you've likely seen happen at Mass many times, a family or whoever it is is is bringing forward the gifts. They also bring
2:19.9	forward what has been collected from the parish during that moment, the money. So they bring all
2:26.5	those things forward. They hand them to the priest, who then likely hands pieces of it to the
2:32.3	servers. They bower genuflect. And then the priest, servers, deacons, they go back up to the altar,
