My name is Sir Roland Paterlot, and you're listening to Saturdays with Sir Roland on Catholic Sprouts, where every Saturday we discuss the art of Dragon's Sane.

Today is the feast day of the Annunciation. This is the day

when Jesus was conceived through the power of the Holy Spirit and the womb of the Virgin Mary and the

incarnation. On this day, let's say thank you to God for sending his son to be one of us. Let's

thank the Archangel Gabriel for delivering the message to Mary, and let's thank Mary for saying

yes to God's plan.

I really like these major feast days right now because I'm doing a program called Exodus 90

with a bunch of men, which involves giving up a bunch of stuff to break bad habits and form

virtues and also offer sacrifices like taking cold showers. Ugh. Plus it's lent, so we're all

giving up certain things.

But on major feast days like today, we get to celebrate. So I don't know how you're going to

celebrate the enunciation, but the first thing I'm going to do is take a warm shower.

But today, we need to finish our discussion on the blue dragon of wrath named Chaudera.

We talked about the sin of wrath and the color blue. We heard from the legendary slayer St. John

Paul II to train us. We learned about the weapon to slay the dragon, the dagger of forgiveness.

Today, we must learn about the armor to protect ourselves from this dragon, which are the boots of peace.
