gives us to pray the rosary this month, but also

to pray and memorize the Hail Holy Queen Prayer. So if you will join me, in the name of the

Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, Amen. Hail Holy Queen, Mother of Mercy, our life,

our sweetness, and our hope.

To thee, do we cry, poor banished children of Eve.

To thee do we send up our sighs, mourning, and weeping in this veil of tears.

Turn then, most gracious advocate, thy nise of mercy towards us.

And after this our exile, show unto us the blessed fruit of thy womb,

Jesus. O clement, O loving, oh sweet Virgin Mary, pray for us, O holy, mother of God,

that we made worthy of the promises of Christ. Amen.

This week we've talked about the Hail Holy Queen Prayer.

We've talked about how the rosary is the most powerful weapon we have access to in the

spiritual battle that we are fighting.

We have also talked about roses and how when we pray the rosary, roses fall from our

mouth that are brought to heaven for Mary

by the angels. Now, today we're going to talk about a specific thing that happened back in 1571,

so almost 500 years ago. So here is what was going on. 1571, there was a lot of conflict going on in the world.

One of those was that Islam, the Islamic religion, had been established in the Middle East, had gained power.

And the Ottoman Empire was a very big and powerful empire. It was Islamic. And they were sending

their army out to conquer the world, basically. They were coming to Europe. And the plan was to
