In the name of the Father's Son, Holy Spirit, Amen. Oh, Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary,

I offer you my prayers, works, joys, and sufferings of this day, for all the intentions of your

sacred heart in union with the

holy sacrifice of the Mass throughout the world, for the salvation of souls, the reparation

of sins, the reunion of all Christians, and in particular for the intentions of the Holy

Father this month, amen.

This week we're talking about distraction, something that Blessed Carlo was very familiar with.

We've talked about how our prayers reach heaven, either written in golden ink or with water,

depending on how engaged our hearts are. And yesterday we talked about a divided

heart, how when we give in to distraction, we're telling Jesus that he doesn't own our entire heart,

but maybe part of it. Now today, I'm going to tell you something very important that I hope you

take to heart, And that is this.

Every single person, every single person deals with distraction.

And having that distracted thought pop into your head, that's not a sin.

That is just kind of the way our minds work.

There's a lot going on in our minds and

sometimes totally random things pop into our brains. That's not a sin. However, what we decide to do
