Hey there, Spouts. Today is Friday, September 23rd, 2022. Today is also the feast day of an incredible saint, Saint Padre Pio, who was an Italian priest, beloved in his own time, who displayed remarkable holiness.

He had the wounds of Christ, we refer to as stigmata.

He also was able to read people's minds and the confessional.

Beyond these things, he just was marked with incredible personal

we are allowing our heart to be divided, especially if we're giving into distraction during

prayer. We're telling Jesus, you can't have all of my heart because I'm going to let this part

of my mind think about that. We also talked about some simple ways to fight distraction, that when a random

thought pops into our mind that that is not a sin, but we have a moment to choose then, whether

we're going to give into this distraction or we're going to fight it. And we fight distraction by
