President of Generation Frexit Charles-Henri Gallois then talks to Mike on the latest protests in France aimed at removing Macron’s proposed vaccine passport plans. Conservative London Assembly Member Shaun Bailey closes the show with Mike where they discuss Boris Johnson’s latest plans to massively reduce the amount of violent crime in London and whether it will prove effective.

0:21.4	normal? Because it doesn't quite feel like that for me. Does it feel like you can do whatever
0:25.5	you want? Because it doesn't quite feel like that to me either. Doesn't it seem like everyone
0:29.3	is going about their business as if there was no more pandemic anymore? Actually, it does feel a
0:34.4	little bit like that. So it's all a bit confusing, isn't it? Nobody's really absolutely sure what's going on.
0:39.3	But beware, because there is a bit of a false dawn going on.
0:42.3	Here, of course, at the Home of Common Sense, we will bring you the reality of life, which would appear to be this.
0:47.3	Boris Johnson can't stop the wave of crime engulfing our communities, despite his threat to beat it with a series of measures, including criminals being made to clean up the streets.
0:55.2	It might be a good idea, but will it actually make any difference?
0:58.2	Priti Patel can't stop thousands of illegal migrants arriving on our shores,
1:01.8	despite giving millions of pounds to problems and threatening to lock up the human traffickers.
1:06.4	And the NHS is today claiming that it can't deal with all the people that need medical treatment
1:10.4	because it's more stretched now than it was in January at the peak of COVID, but not because
1:15.1	of a problem with a disease, but more of a problem of management.
1:18.6	Too many people have been pinged and are not working, too many people have gone on holiday,
1:22.6	too many people are taking time off because they're stressed out and too few beds are available because
1:28.3	they've spaced them all out because of COVID.
1:31.3	Whatever can we do? We'll be seeking guidance from a variety of experts this morning,
1:34.3	kicking off with Colonel Bob Stewart, Tory MP for Beckett, and a man that speaks an awful lot of common sense.
