Oh, Hi this is the Josh Marshall podcast with Kate Riga. Today we're going to talk about a few different issues, but you know, the issue I'm going to start off talking about

is when we're going to get to, I don't think it's the first topic we're going to get to,

but I, it's the first topic we're going to get to, but it is so eating at me.

I'm just going to kind of dive into it and preview it a bit first.

And that is that the federal judiciary has just let us down in a global sense dealing

with a renegade ex-president.

And you know, this morning, and just to remind you,

working on a post about this this morning which I haven't published yet.
