So today Josh and I were joined by Professor Gerard Maglaiaka to talk about

the disqualification clause and the upcoming Supreme Court arguments about you know

whether or not Trump will be booted off the ballot.

So Josh, would you make it a conversation?

So it was really interesting, you know, Gerard is like, he would basically before

January 6, before Trump, he was like a pre-eminent authority on

section 3 the 14th amendment.

A person to talk to and yeah which is very funny and like there are a number of people

like this in the world who like, I remember one time I was talking

to some guy who was an expert on how the 25th Amendment that like, you know, if presence disabled or

anyway, he was like that guy and then generous things happen and all of a sudden he had like thousands of journalists calling him.

So I think happened to Gerard too, but you know he the conversation I think demonstrates something interesting with this issue which is that you know as you said during the conversation
