Hey, what's going on everyone. Kevin from Epic Gardening here. Today we're talking about

0:04.3

spacing your plants and how you tie that to how much to grow of a particular plant.

0:10.7

You know, this is something that a lot of people have issues with I

0:13.2

certainly have in the past and I certainly still struggle with it you know

0:16.2

sometimes it's hard to plan how much I want to grow of a particular plant.

0:20.4

I get really excited and I'll plant either way too much or way too little of something because

0:26.7

1:22.0

You know, I personally like to space

1:24.3

in the square foot gardening method

1:25.6

because I don't plant rows and rows and rows of things

1:29.2

in my raised beds.

1:30.8

I like to go really high density and try to get as much yield as I can

1:34.6

because again I'm growing in a small space so every square inch even counts.

1:39.5

So you know with with Romaine let's go back to it one square foot of my garden equals four heads of

1:45.4

romaine so then the question becomes well how many heads of romaine do I want
