My name's Galliano.

I'm from Las Vegas and we are building houses in our factories here in Vegas.

So let's get some more insight on that, right?

For the listeners out there that don't really know who you are or what that even means,

give us a brief insight on yourself and tell us what really got you into real estate in the first

place.

Yeah, so we're here in Las Vegas.

We have three factory buildings where we build houses in a factory.

We got started in 2017, and then we've been actually in the factory now about three years

manufacturing the buildings.

The idea was that if we could build houses in the factory, it would be lower cost and faster.

We'd get more efficiencies with assembly line mass production, automation,

standardized productions, using unskilled labor, et cetera, to bring down the cost of buildings.
