Remember when that was? i think like late 23 mid 23 something like that yeah so he joined us he's been with us for however long that's been now

But for all the listeners out there listening to today's episode who have never heard of you or don't know a whole lot about you, could you give us a brief insight on your background and ultimately what got you into real estate? Sure. So I'll give a synopsis

of what I do now and then I'll give an intro on how I got here. So right now I run Cornell

communities. We're a vertically integrated mobile home park owner and operator.

And we do pretty much three different markets, call it. And we have staff members to do everything from like property management to sourcing

and all that stuff.

So how I got here is, so my background was actually in finance.

So I started financing college.

And then after graduating, I took the plunge and I went into sales.
