Summary

What kind of buyer offers $500K over askingin cash—and still doesn’t blink at hurricanes?

Brooke Kromer sells real estate on one of the most sought-after stretches of coastline in America: Florida’s iconic 30A. And in this episode, she pulls back the curtain on:

  • The truth behind sky-high insurance, flood zones, and beachfront investing
  • What REALLY happened to the buyers who overpaid during COVID
  • Why some homes sit for a year—then suddenly get multiple offers overnight
  • Why the rich keep buying, even when everyone else is bracing for a recession
  • The wildest offer she’s seen (spoiler: it broke records)
  • Her bold prediction for what’s coming this summer on the luxury coast of 30A

And if you've ever dreamed of owning a short-term rental at the beach—or thought you missed your window—this might change your mind.
