Paul Moore, man, it's been since we were just talking about it right before we got on.

It's been since October of 23 since we've last chatted. How you been?

It's been great. How you doing, Josh?

Doing fantastic. For anyone that wants to listen to the

first episode that Paul joined us on, that was episode 310. We talked about RV

Park investing, mobile home investing, stuff like that. So give us an update on where you

are now. Tell us a little bit about your background.

What got you interested in real estate in the first place?

Yeah.

So I had, I worked at Ford Motor Company in Dearborn, Michigan for five years.

Then I have my own company for five years.

We were blessed enough to sell it to a public firm in 97.

And I found myself, you know, like,

hey, I'm a full-time investor now, thought I was pretty cool. And I wasn't. I lied to myself and everybody else, Josh. I was a full-time speculator is what I was. And I didn't know the difference.

And I chased all kinds of shiny objects. And my default was to I was. And I didn't know the difference. And I chased all kinds of shiny objects.

And my default was to say yes. And I've done a complete 180 on all those things now.
