So, for those out there that don't really know a whole lot about you,

could you give us just a brief background about yourself and tell us at the end of the day

what the heck got you into real estate?

Okay.

Brief background is that I am obsessed with Airbnb data and I just figured out a process to be able to understand it well.

And I've been able to help acquire over 200 properties in the past three years for other people.

And every single last one of them has been profitable.

And so the process works.

And that's kind of what I hang my hat up on.

And I really, really enjoy what I do.

So it feels good.
