So for the listeners out there that don't really know a whole lot about you, can you give us a

brief background on yourself and tell us at the end of the day, what got you into real estate?

Yeah. So I tried my luck, I would say. I think it is luck at, you know, trying to play basketball

and I didn't work out, out a bad knee.

And I felt that probably that's been, not spinning out of control, but lost, I would say.

And so I always wanted to get into real estate.

I think it started when, I think a lot of things start when you're a childhood, right?

So my mom left, or our dad left my mom, the house got

foreclosed on. We had to move with my my grandfather in South Central LA. And that kind of set the

catalyst of saying, did I just never want to be in a situation without a home? And I want to provide

a home for other people. And I don't want them to actually ever experience that.

And so I think that's really kind of the genesis of me investing in real estate.
