Yeah, no, Josh, excited to be on here, appreciate you having me, and it's going to be a fun one.

I know, we got a lot to discuss about an industry that I'm not too terribly familiar with so I'm excited so for those out there listening to this for the first time or maybe I've never heard about you before give us a brief background about yourself and then at the end of the day, what got you into the oil and gas business?

Yeah, absolutely. So, I mean, my background, I'm an engineer turned finance guy, so I don't know what that tells you about either my

engineering skills or my finance skills but started out in the oil and gas space just

right out of college spent a lot of time on rigs a lot of time out in the

field ended up kind of making that transition more into the back office stuff.

I went back to school, got some more advanced education,

as some people might call it, but migrated over the finance side

and really have kind of spent my time now really on that razor's edge between, you know, exactly, you know, what's going on in the engineering side of the business, but then also translating that into the finance side.

I've started recently working for a bunch of different oil and gas.

Operators that actually operate a lot in that real estate syndication space

and raise a lot of money kind of through the same channel.
