Hey, I'm stoked to be here, man.

We got a lot to cover.

And before we do, everyone out there tuning into this that's hearing about you for the first time.

Give us just a brief background on yourself and tell us at the end of the day we'll go and change in real estate.

Yeah, yeah, so if you told me eight years ago that we'd be

inventing these new neighborhoods for first-time homebuyers, I don't looked at you like

you had eight heads. I actually never had any passion to be entrepreneur.

I don't have this corporate story

or always dreamed of my own business.

In fact, I was actually pretty happy with my day job.

I was one of those kids that always wanted

to just make mom and dad proud.

You know, Catholic school teacher, my mom was, my dad was a computer engineer

and I had a great upbringing with them and I just wanted to do basically what they did.

So I've laid it safe.

They told me, hey, go get a safe corporate job with a company car, 401k package,
