What's up everybody?

Welcome back to this week segment of the no limit minutes where that like

rap airhorn kicks in, wah, flah, wah kind of thing, you know? No, I'm just kidding. I apologize to all of you out there for missing the last two weeks of the Nell Limit minute. I have been a little bit aloof trying to do all kinds of things in our acquisitions business.

The process is getting ready to finish the closing out on that business that we're buying this month.

We had an R B Park development deal we've been underwriting pretty heavily and looking to potentially acquire and

we're also setting up all the stuff and data and itinerary and guest speakers and everything

for our in-person mastermind event for hosting for all of our students in April.

Among all the other day to day operations are doing.

So no excuse, right?

Shouldn't be here making excuses?

But we have been busy and so that's why I missed the last two weeks.

So I'm glad to be back with you guys today

to talk about something that actually just recently

posted on social media. And what it is is how to be decisive. So if you're out

there listening this right now you probably clicked on this particular

episode one because you're just a long-time listener and you listen to all of our

episodes and if that's you I want to thank you for listening to all our

episodes but two if not and you're a little bit more like myself and you're a little selective on the

episodes you choose to listen even on the shows that you like, then you saw that the title was

something along the lines of being more decisive. And so what does that mean, right? Because a lot of people think that when you're too decisive, you're a little impulsive. You make a decision too quick.

You know, really think about it.

It's just, hey, yeah, great opportunity presenting itself.
