and ultimately what got you into real estate yeah yeah no problem so. So Bress and Igress here, Midwest Guy, born and raised Indiana. My parents are both middle class. Teachers, my dad was a high school basketball coach. And I was always just kind of an entrepreneur always loved creating

candy as a middle schooler cars and it just kind of happened to turn into real estate.

About 2007, we bought our first house for $9,000.
