I started investing real estate super young.

It was a little over 20 years ago.

I was 21, bought my first house and then at 23 I moved out of it and kept it as a rental.

So there I was a real estate investor at 23 years old and I saw the power man. I got hooked to the cash flow, the appreciation, the tax benefits and of course the tenant paying off my debt for me.

So like this is going to be what makes me wealthy.

So I just really focused in on real estate

and I had my career choice picked super young.
